Pedro Pérez Martínez S.L. has acquired the commitment to respect regulations for the production, packaging and/or marketing of organic agricultural products, in accordance with Council Regulation (CE) 834/2007 of June 28, 2007, on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Regulation (CEE) 2092/91, and Regulation (CE) 889/2008 of the Commission, of September 5, 2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (CE) 834/2007.
Large carob particles over 8 mm
Kibbled carob in 4 to 8 mm particles.
Fine kibbled carob up to 4 mm.
Kibbled carob in particles of less than 2 mm.
In line with this, the company was granted license number CV1498E awarded by the ORGANIC AGRICULTURE COMMITTEE OF THE COMMUNITY OF VALENCIA, which recognises our efforts to maintain the integrity of the organic product, conserving its full natural richness and avoiding synthetic chemical manipulation.
